The Mazak applications department offers customer phone support for all current and legacy 2D and 3D Mazak laser-cutting machines. Applications support is also available for Mazak programming software packages. Our engineers are able to assist you with your cutting and programming questions.

Depending on your laser-cutting needs, you can request assistance from either a Mazak Applications Engineer or Software Engineer. If you are experiencing challenges regarding cut quality, cutting a new part or operating the laser, request assistance from an Applications Engineer. If you are running into issues programming your software or needing to upgrade to the latest version, request assistance from a Software Engineer. No matter what challenges you are facing, the Mazak applications department is here to assist you.
